Resolution 24 - 08
Authorizing signatures of Banner County Clerk, Banner County Commissioner Chairperson, and Vice Chairman as authorized sIgnatories on accounts at Banner Capital Bank.
WHEREAS, the Banner Capital Bank requires a resolution authorizing signatures on the checking accounts, and
WHEREAS, due to newly elected officials in the offices of Banner County Clerk and Banner County Commissioners there is a need for updated authorized signatures on the checking accounts.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED: that the County Board of Commissioners does hereby authorize the Banner County Board of Commissioners, Chairperson Robin Darnall, Banner County Vice - Chairman Laif Anderson, Banner County Clerk, Katie West to be authorized signers for the imprest account, payroll account ,and the Clerk’s account checking accounts at Banner Capital Bank.
