Banner County Clerk

Welcome to the office of Banner County Clerk.  Some of the duties of the clerk include:

  • The preparation of all county claims and monthly payrolls and the submitting of all required federal and state government forms

  • Preparing for the Board of Equalization and Commissioners’ Meetings, as well as the recording and publishing of the minutes of such meetings

  • The recording and maintaining of documents such as deeds, mortgages, etc.

  • Performing all tasks necessary to conduct an election

At this office you may:

  • Research and record documents such as deeds and mortgages

  • Register to vote

  • File papers with Banner County District Court

  • Apply for a marriage license

  • Request to be placed on the agenda of a Commissioners’ meeting
